Terms of Service — Closed Beta

Welcome to the Closed Beta of CareerAdvisor (the "Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Nature of the Beta Service

  • The Application is currently in a "Closed Beta" testing phase. It is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  • The Application may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies, and its features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  • As a beta tester, you acknowledge that your data, history, and generated plans may be reset or deleted during system updates.

2. No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

  • The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate career development plans and conduct exams. All generated content, career advice, learning steps, and exam gradings are automated suggestions and should not be treated as professional, legal, or guaranteed career guidance.
  • We do not guarantee that following any generated plan will result in securing employment, receiving a promotion, or achieving any specific professional outcome.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

3. User Conduct and Content Restrictions

  • You agree to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial career development testing.
  • CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: During your onboarding interview and chat interactions with the AI, you MUST NOT upload, paste, or provide any confidential information, proprietary source code, trade secrets, or non-public data belonging to your current or past employers.

4. Cost of Service

  • Access to this Closed Beta phase is currently free of charge for selected testers. We reserve the right to introduce premium subscription tiers (e.g., Pro Tier) and charge fees in the future. You will not be automatically charged for any paid services without your explicit consent.

5. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
